Vossen orders are processed within 5-7 business days for standard delivery and 2-3 business days for expedited delivery. Orders ship from South Carolina, so please account for transit time to your address. Orders are shipped, same day or next day, guaranteed.
Shipping rates are determined by our delivery carriers and generally range from $8.00 - $12 for a small order, $15 - $20 for a medium order and $25-$35 for a large order. Shipping charges are determined after discounts and before taxes. Vossen uses both USPS and FedEx as methods of delivery.
Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. Friday through Sunday are shipped out on Monday. Customers are notified by email when their shipment is sent, delivered and initially ordered. When a product is ordered, the initial email contains an item number. If you have any questions about your shipment and would like to contact customer service, please have that order number available so the customer service team can better assist you.
